Well, i had been on the server for 30 seconds and instantly got propkilled.
Then i watched as stalker propkilled everyone on the server with some glitching blastdoors (Short demo of this i think)
After the cops arested him and he realised he'd failed at that, he spammed and crashed the server.

I'de say that's good for a permaban?

Banned, permanently.
