Server Error Empty Server Error

Alot of people can't get on the server, there are a few people on there and its not spammed.

But, i looked in the console and i have this:

Netchannel: failed reading message net_SetConVar from 208.76.248.167:27015.

I did some research and the only way known to fix this is a server restart. Shocked
