Explain why this user should be banned or disciplined
Eariler whilst playing on the server i noticed these three MingeBags, one of them was sealing off the spawn area and killing players with props, one player was spawning large props and killing players with them and one player was randomly sniping innocent players upon they're spawn.

I hesitated to ban Matt, but did it anyways. Wasn't much that he did.. But I think of it as.. Another asshat I won't have to deal with later on.
