Reason: Was prop pushing and doing other mingy stuff, so he was eventually arrested. Someone killed him in jail, and he then started spamming fences, and later on, larger props.

Reason: He and meepugh formed a pathetic little "alliance" and he started prop-trapping us (the cops) to "help" him. He was sent to jail several times, and he too was spamming once he died.
