This is becoming a problem.

I'm not sure how, but lately some people have been getting their hands on special weapons.

Special weapons like civilians wielding arrest batons and MANHACK GUNS.
I'm pretty sure they adv. dupe weapons on singleplayer, then bring them over to the server.
