Reason: He joined a server. There was only me and him. Straight away, he started a vote for cop. I was cop chief, and two cops for two players is WAAAAAY enough, so I voted no. Because of this, he didn't become a cop. Then he got mad, said, that he will prop spam server to crash it, he was prop blocking me etc. A classic example of Gmod Mingebag.
