Server Patrol - bugged?

I have a Server Patrol rank on the server.
I am supposed to have a "!kick" command acces but I don't.
I just cannot kick anyone, and when I was on server, I have seen couple prop spammer, prop killers, prop blockers, and prop spawn-blockers, and I coudn't do anything to stop the server from crashing :/
Whoever is in charge of it, please, fix this problem.

Ohh, and, as I am in server patrol, it is above Respected I think, but I can't use respected tools. Could someone give me respected rank? I am not begging for it, just asking if I could.

Before anyone wonders what SP is, it's a small group which I give to trusted players while i'm on, Dark proved he can keep it while i'm gone, don't worry, he can only kick.

I'll have a look in HLSW now Dark.

I still can't kick :/
