Server is bugged severly

I joined Rawr's today expecting a bunch of somewhat happy rp'ers and a noob trying to ruin it for them, but it seems like instead of a noob there was a bug. Some of the people in it were trying to explain to me what it was, but then I saw when you spawn a prop it turns very bouncy, and can go through walls. A few suggested it might have been a virus, I think the same. Death, you might be able to fix this, or only Rawr if it requires a complete server reset, but I think that's a bit drastic.

Quite a common bug, i had this when i used to run a server.

I'm unsure of the cause, i think it's having too many props on the server, but don't hold me to that.

The solution is a whole server restart.
